About WorldCup
An independent football companion built by fans.
What it is
WorldCup is a lightweight reference app for football supporters. You can browse daily fixtures from competitions around the world, see live scores as they happen, check standings for the five major European leagues, and keep a personal list of teams you follow. All without a sign-up and without ads.
What it is not
WorldCup is not affiliated with FIFA, UEFA, any confederation, any national association, any league, any club, or any individual player. We are supporters, not a federation. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
How it works
Match data is provided by a licensed sports data provider via a secure HTTPS API. Everything else you see — the way matches are grouped, the language switcher, the list of followed teams — runs entirely on your device. We do not operate servers that store anything about you personally.
Languages
The app ships with English, Simplified Chinese, Vietnamese, Hindi and Korean. You can pick a language from the in-app settings — changes apply immediately.
Roadmap
Planned improvements include: richer team pages, match lineups, league picker extended beyond Europe's top five, and push notifications for followed-team fixtures. Feedback is welcome.
